A minimum of four (4) documentation and planning records using different documentation techniques were completed as part of the placement. Across the documentation and planning records, a variety of individual, small group and larger group observations of children engaging in learning with an educator or teacher were observed.

Digital images were used on the documentation; although permission was covered on the enrolment signed by the parents, additional permission was sought for some children whose faces were clearly seen in the photos.
